What’s available from the library?
We have books for recreational reading and help with your studies. We also have a small collection of videos, graphic novels, magazines and audio books.
What happens when I join?
We will send you a library folder, a welcome letter and a bookmark for you to keep. We ask each student to give us feedback on the items borrowed by writing comments in the library folder. Please return your library folder with your books each time, as we use your feedback to choose more books for you.
Can I choose my own books?
Yes. Tell us what you would like and we will send those books to you.
How will I know what’s available?
You can search the library catalogue and tell the library staff what you would like next. Books listed as being in the library branch are available for students to borrow.
How do I reserve an item?
Contact the library and we’ll reserve an item for you. You can also do it yourself by logging into the library catalogue.
How do I log in?
Enter your user name and password. Your default user name and password are both your student ID number. Click login. If you have not used the library before, you will need to contact us first so we can register you
What will I see if I log in to the library catalogue?
You can see the items you have out, what you’ve borrowed in the past, and you can place reserves.
How much can I borrow at one time?
You can borrow up to ten items at a time.
What if I have an overdue item?
You cannot borrow anything else until you return or renew the item.
