Silver leaves
When you are on a collecting walk with your child you may find and discover interesting leaves
You will need
- Leaves with prominent veins
- Aluminium foil
Show your child how to place a piece of foil over the bumpy side of the leaf and gently rub it with their finger to make an impression.
You can then trim round the leaves and:
- Use them in collage and other art work
- Thread them onto a mobile
- Use them to decorate gift cards or bookmarks
